RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS: |

All reservations must be made with our staff prior to submitting this form. To make a reservation you must book at least 24 hours in advance. All reservations are made with a credit card, but to avoid unnecessary additional fees, the total amount can be paid upon arrival with a personal check or cash if more convenient for you. For your safety and enjoyment, a guide will be provided and he/she will give you the best-personalized service. Please be aware that in the service industry, tipping a guide is customary, let us know if you'd want to add the tip to your total bill in advance.

WEATHER AND OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION |

* There is a weight limit of maximum 300 Lbs on some of the equipment that we provide; for horseback riding, the maximum weight allowed is 240 Lbs, and a minimum of 50" height. Please discuss with our staff any special needs prior to sending this agreement. * In case of bad weather, during a horseback ride, the activity will come to a halt with no refunds. We keep the safety of our guests a priority. * Be informed on the weather of this region so you can prepare and travel accordingly. Remember that you are coming to mountainous terrain and during winter times or rainy season, 4x4 vehicles are most advisable and recommended (we will not be responsible for cancellations due to weather, acts of God.) * Bring gear according to the activity that you booked, although we will provide helmets, lifejackets, and other gear, sunglasses, closed toe shoes, etc. are the responsibility of the customer.

POLICIES/FEES & CANCELLATIONS: |
1) | Cancellation: Must be made 48 hours prior to your reserved time. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the total amount |

Changing dates could result in a cancellation fee; however, if there is a valid reason for which you would need to change dates or time scheduled, we will strive to make the most suitable arrangements if you call in advance and coordinate accordingly. All cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance |
3) |
Failure to show/Late arrival: the customer will be responsible for 50% of the total amount. Any changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance. |
4) |
Late arrival/Re-schedule. A fee of 15% will be added if your arrival time is late and if we can re-schedule. Please plan your route accordingly so you will be on time. Remember that GPS systems were made for urban usage and country roads are not always properly registered. GPS will not be an acceptable excuse if you are late. The specific directions are posted on every page on our website. (directions) - no excuses for being late. You can call our office at any time if you need additional assistance |
5) |
Change number of units or hours at time of arrival: all changes need to be made with plenty of advanced notice. No last minute changes will be allowed. |

You authorize us to process your credit card for the payments in case that any of these policies would apply. |

The person who booked the activity is responsible to observe, follow and share this information with his/her group - please make sure that everyone brings their IDs and Credit Cards upon arrival when check-in. No ID's = no driving. |
8) | For groups of 6 or more, a gratuity tip for your guide will be added to your credit card. Smaller groups, at the discretion of the guest. |
9) |
You MUST check-in one hour before your scheduled trip in order to fill out all necessary paperwork. If you are late, policy No. 3 or 4 will apply.

Please be aware that this reservation form does not work if submitted through a smart phone. If that's the case, you must send us an email indicating that YOU have read and agree with all the policies and recommendations. Include your name, phone number and a brief explanation of your booking.
